AirVantage Tools says its LP (Low Profile) sanders have the lowest profile in the industry – ergonomically designed to deliver greater control, balance and comfort. When you spend hours holding one, comfort matters.

Now AirVantage has announced the latest additions to its sanders line, the E (Electric) and Advanced Series. The AirVantage Advanced Series of sanders incorporates a patented motor fan blade cooling system to lower bearing and spindle temperatures.

The E (Electric) series sanders feature a brushless motor with a patented cooling design. Variable speed settings allows for use in a wide range of applications. A patented dual channel design increases vacuum efficiency. The expected release date for them is this month.

AdVantage says its sanders feature a full floating rotor design to reduce internal friction for a higher power transfer ratio. A one-piece motor shaft and pad balancer are made of heat-treated alloy and are precision machined for durability.

A polymer rotor provides faster acceleration and lower overall tool weight, and an aluminum housing resists corrosion and withstands harsh treatment, including hard “hits.”
