Frame rim box cutting saw
Castaly offers the CS-22x3-45D with automatic materials cutting for frame, rim, and box assembly. The machine achieves up to 1 piece per second with fast cutting speed, while the auto-infeed magazine ensures quick lumber stacking input. Adjustable saws and safety features are included. Maximize efficiency with 2,000 to 4,000 pieces per hour cutting speed, powered by 90 psi air pressure, the company adds. Machine specifications are: 22- to 24-inch length, 7/8- to 1-inch height, 3/4- to 1-inch width, cutting angles from 30 to 90 degrees, 12-inch diameter saw blades, and 3 HP x 3 units saw motor.
