Widebelt sanders with digital thickness control
Castaly Machine offers a wide selection of Lobo widebelt sanders equipped with digital thickness control and accuracies up to 0.005” as well as infinitely variable feed speeds, and large sanding platen and/or drums. All machines also have high-precision bearings for maximum support and virtually zero vibration allowing for heavy stock removal as well as fine veneer finish sanding. The machines can also be equipped with a spiral cutter head fitted with 14x14mm, four edge TC cutting inserts providing superior chip removal rates and minimum noise, with an extremely smooth cutting effect, the company adds.
